Meet the lovely Madison! I use the word “stunning” to describe her, since she is obviously a natural beauty, but she is as sweet on the inside as she is lovely on the outside. We had a great time together at her session laughing and working around the hustle and bustle of the Glen Falls Park in Williamsville. It’s one of my favorite little nooks, and if you’ve never been, you should definitely check out the gorgeous waterfall and the spacious areas to roam around. It’s very pretty year round, if not a little chilly here and there. It’s also tucked right in the middle of town, so we to work around a few (er, a lot) of people! Madison was a trooper and did amazing and never lost her smile. Her session wouldn’t have been complete without a stop at her beloved soccer field, and it holds special meaning for her this year. In fact, her wrist was broken recently and she had to have surgery on it just five days before her session. She didn’t utter one word of complaint…she’s tough as nails!
I really loved the jumpsuit she rocked, and she also brought along a bunch of other awesome outfits. They all showed off her personal style and were comfortable and pretty with the location. When I choose a location for a senior, I always try to take into account what they’re wearing ,and what they’re hoping to achieve out of their session. For Madison, I looked for a place that was soft, beautiful, and had natural looking colors. The park fit the bill, and accented her sweet smile and style…and that waterfall was positively dreamy. I try not to shoot every senior at similar locations in order to really capture their own vision, and thankfully, we have an abundance of awesome options here in the Elba area.
