Kristin and I love doing weddings together! We love to see how each couple personalizes their wedding to compliment them and their personalities! This wedding matched our bride and groom to a T!
Laura and Nathan live in Chicago, so we had a bit of distance…but thankfully with the power of FaceTime, emails and a quick meeting with Laura we got to know them ahead of time! When Nathan proposed he hired a photographer to hide out and capture the once in a lifetime event! When Kristin and I heard this….we knew Nathan was a true romantic! Because of distance, and the fact they had their engagement documented in pictures they opted to not do a engagement session with us. I always encourage couple to do a engagement session just to make the day of your wedding with us SO much more comfortable. Laura and Nathan are SO in love it didn’t matter that we didn’t do an engagement session! 🙂
They had a beautiful ceremony at Samuel’s Grande Manor in the garden. The whole wedding was classic from the music played to beautifully detailed flowers! Nathan looked so dapper in his tux that Kristin and I dubbed him as James Bond! Laura was so simply elegant in her dress….it was just a classic wedding from top to bottom! My favorite part was the photo booth that Laura’s mom, or as everyone calls her Mother Mary, made! A great, great time was had by everyone at the reception! (including us!) And I might add…the food was a amazing! Laura and Nathan celebrated with all their friends and family, it’s pretty obvious they are surrounded by lots of love! Their wedding day was just the start to tons of love and fun in the years to come! <3

Mother Mary’s photo booth! So cute!

Total James Bond! 😉
